Radi Radev Lic. Ac., M.Ac.,
Radi is a licensed acupuncturist and earned a Masters Degree of Acupuncture from the New England School of Acupuncture, the oldest accredited school of acupuncture in the States. The Masters Degree is a 4 year program, with one year of interning at hospitals and clinics. She is licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Medicine, the Committee on Acupuncture, and is a diplomate and nationally board certified in acupuncture by the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine (NCCAOM). She has been in private practice since 2020.
Radi studied acupuncture with a concentration of orthopedic style needling, focusing on pain management treatment protocols. This treatment approach mirrors her internship work for the Veteran Affairs Hospital at the Edith Roger VA Hospital, where she focused on treating PTSD, pain, addictions and mental health disabilities. Her further experience and research extends to women’s health and hormones, such as PCOS, endometriosis, menopause, fertility, PMDD and other PMS-related symptoms. Her own personal experience of dealing with hormonal issues is what led her into her acupuncture journey as an alternative method of healing. Her treatment style incorporates a mixture of acupuncture, cupping, supplements, diet and other lifestyle recommendations.
